StitchMark is located in Nashville, TN. We can ship to any address in the continental United States via USPS or UPS. If you are one of our valued Canadian customers, orders will be shipped using the lowest cost option of either CanadaPost or UPS. Shipping costs and taxes are estimated during checkout.
Most custom orders ship within 2 weeks (10 business days) of receiving the order. If you have an event or in-hands date you'd like us to meet, please make note of it in the comments section of the checkout. We'll do everything we can to meet your in-hands date and we'll inform you via email as to whether we can or not.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with a product you purchase from this site, please return it to the address below within 30 days of delivery for a store credit in the amount of your original purchase for that particular item (not counting shipping). If the return is a result of a StitchMark error (you received something different than what you ordered, product was damaged/defective, or quantity was incorrect), then StitchMark will cover the shipping costs for both your return and the replacement item. While StitchMark will not cover shipping costs for returns stemming from any other reason (wrong size included), we will gladly accept the return and offer you a store credit for the original amount you paid for the product (not counting shipping).
To return an item, simply login to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item (please allow 2-3 business days from the time we receive your returned item).
